M.A. Educational Science, subprogram BPE

Business administration modules

Modules 4 and 5 of the BPE subprogram (module manual) are aimed at all students who have no relevant prior knowledge of business administration.

For students who have already attended the courses from modules 4 and 5 (e.g. in the context of the Two-Subject Bachelor's program Economic Sciences/BPE) or can otherwise prove relevant prior knowledge, another business administration module will be offered:

  • Scope: 12 LP
  • Components (each as a seminar):
    • Current Challenges of Human Resource Management (every SS)
    • Innovation and Knowledge Management (every WS)
    • Organizational Theories (every WS)
  • Examination: for each seminar a presentation in the context of the course with written elaboration.
  • Procedure (until the amended PO comes into effect):
    • The students concerned contact Jessica Hechelmann and arrange to attend the above-mentioned events instead of those provided for according the current PO.
    • The students attend these courses and successfully take a corresponding exam. They receive a certificate for passing the exam in each seminar.
    • The students submit these certificates together with an application for recognition to the University Examination Office so that the courses attended are recognized for modules 4 and 5.
