Research Profile

In our research, we shed light on microeconomic issues in the areas of work, education, and social policy. Our goal is to explain the decisions and behavior of individuals in three phases of their life-cycle: the pre-employment phase, the employment phase, and the retirement phase. We identify determinants and effects of these individual decisions and behaviors and focus on their labor market, social and educational policy, and intraorganizational frameworks.
