Information on the Proof of Performance

First of all, please inquire at the BAföG office whether you have to submit a proof of performance according to § 48 BAföG in connection with your next BAföG application.
Normally, the BAföG office can then issue this proof of performance itself.
Otherwise, the BAföG office will refer you to a BAföG officer.
Dr. Steinmetz is the right BAföG officer for you if you are studying Social and Communication Sciences or if you want to have the achievements for at least one subject from the field of Cultural and Social Sciences certified in the B.Ed. program. Otherwise, look for the right BAföG officer for you on the corresponding page of the BAföG office according to your course of study.

Have the BAföG office enter in Form 5 exactly for which subjects and for which semester the proof of achievement is required.
Check in KLIPS whether all acquired credit points and module grades are recorded there. If this is not the case, please have this entered.
Print out the overview of all achievements.
Complete your personal details in form 5.
Send the form 5 and the overview of all achievements by mail to the office address of Dr. Steinmetz. Please indicate the address to which you would like the signed Form 5 to be sent.

Adhere to all the points described and plan sufficient time (several weeks if necessary) for the entire process.
